WHO WE ARE

Karen Askar & Linda Enamejewa have combined our cultural diversity (White British/Middle Eastern and Black British/Nigerian) with our many years' experience of storylining and script development to collaborate on our own original ideas. We are currently developing a slate of five original, multicultural television drama and comedy drama series and a feature film. Our aim is to innovate the storytelling space with fresh points of view. 

As Script Editors & Consultants, we are credited for television work on Eastenders (BBC1), The Bill (ITV), Burnside (ITV), and Porkpie (C4). Film credits include Love Lost (a short film on Amazon Prime), Switch (a feature film currently in production) and others at various stages of development. 

Between us, we have worked in BBC drama development and comedy development for broadcasters and independents, as well as theatre. 

We have led writers' workshops to attract into television more Black writers and those from under-represented regions (BBC Wales), and have taught screenwriting at the London Film School.
